I didn't notice it went missing until I went to remove some programs. And wouldn't you know it? The Control Panel is missing. Tried clicking on my name at the top of the start menu and received the "Restrictions: This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.

OK, if you right click the start button, a black, vertical listing pops up on the left side of my screen. Text only. What I'm trying to do is get the words "Control Panel" back into this list itself. Do microsoft want to retire the control panel entirely in time? If they want to do that, the Settings needs to be much more detailed than now.
What will happen e. Also, how can we access custom items that were added in the control panel like Intel HD Graphics settings? This is very confusing. Not in Tablet Mode. Can you pin it to the start screen as a tile, as I don't have a tablet so I can't test, my thoughts why MS have made it harder to find some settings is to help prevent people who don't have the knowledge of computer systems from messing up things. I have no problem finding it by typing it in the search bar, I just type c and it pops up in the list.
As for getting things change this is what the Feedback Hub is for, just post your ideas, thoughts, solutions and this way people can upvote and MS may just change things. This site in other languages x.
